The 2nd oldest medical college in the country and many FIRST's to it's glory. This edition of the calendar is a confluence of the old age and the new. The historic architectures of the pre-Independence era, the stalwarts of Medicine who graduated from the 'Ramparts of the Redfort,' and who laid the foundations of knowledge, innovative excellence and humanitarian service make this institution proud. We are all proud of this ageless wonder called 'The Madras Medical College'! The legacy of knowledge, innovative excellence and health care delivery with empathy is being carried on generation after generation for 183 years. The Administration and Faculty of this institution provide a holistic educational opportunity to the students which will build character, resilience, professionalism, and a healthy mind and body so that academic success can follow.
