People professionals, What makes a winning HR strategy given the upcoming shifts in public policy and all the recent technological advances? I see four major inflexion points, by order of importance: 1. What made Donald Trump’s successful bid to lead the United States? Four takeaways followed by a parallel with a football game between Iceland and England in order to emphasize the critical role of leadership; advice tailored to HR from the US presidential race. 2. Next, I explain why Organizational Design is trending and how do you know it’s time to touch the structure; a case study between two business models and a popular diagram on management style will help you to better understand this new ideology. 3. Social media proved an effective method to influence people behavior, yet, very few master this craft; tips and tricks for effective social selling strategies, applicable to HR, from my personal experience. 4. With more and more companies going digital for both recruiting and employee development projects, there is an increasing need for quantifiable, value driven, strategies. What makes a successful journey between HR and analytics?
